Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

This role is responsible for end to end KBZPay lending operations including all types of loan like Quick access, Shopper Loan, Personal loan etc to ensure all document verification to get performed in sync with SOP provided by business team and also regulatory compliance. The role also focuses on productivity of team and provide seamless support to business team and improve overall lending operationations with digitalisation ideas.

  • Ensure all digital loan requests are verified within defined SLA as per KPI defined.
  • Zero down the pendency and drive customer verification with best possible engagement across  VC/Functions/Territories.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the unsecured team to fasten the lending process smooth for customers.
  • Monitor all service level adherence, understand  process gap, discuss with respective product owners /stakeholders/Reporting line  for fix
  • Analyse improvement status and reduce head count with quality control by improving productivity and digitalisation.
  • Monitor trends closely and Prepare forecasts to share with the business team and process approvals accordingly.
  • Share ideas to create meaningful management report reflecting the health of team performance and operational achievements.
  •  Identify top triggers and work with the reporting manager/VC/Functions for defect elimination and improve customer experience in lending process.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
  • Ensure workload is distributed well and KPI's are closely followed.
  • Focus on Quality and liaise with business team to bring down rejection rate.
  • Understand SOP,BRD and contribute towards overall operational process improvements.
  • Ensure all regulatory guidelines are followed in processing the documents and conduct regular audits to avoid noncompliance.
  • Prepare daily/Weekly/Monthly performance report with management and respective for improvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager

  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

  • Teamwork and leadership skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • A background in customer service or Quality, business excellence is a plus

  • Experience working in lending/  banking / financial services would be an added advantage
