Job Description

  • Manage key accounts and act as the point of contact for client
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify new potential customers and supervise sales account representatives
  • Responsible for sales growth and development for direct sales channel
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Collaborating with all internal teams to deliver the sales according to the customer requirements on-time
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree and related diploma in Business Management, Marketing or relevant field
  • At least 3 years for Sale Account Executive or similar role
  • Have knowledge on CRM software
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good organizational, time-management, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have positive attitude with good manner and professional mind-set with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
  • Good English skill in both written and verbal
