Strategy & Planning

  • Defines goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicates with internal team members and external stakeholders in a timely and clear communication ways.
  • Determine the content of status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Acquisition & Deployment

  • Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve the channel goals. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
  • Determines and assesses the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary.

Operational Management

  • Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in order to identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the respective team and managing channel dependencies and critical paths.
  • Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifying potential crises and devising contingency plans.
  • Coaches, mentors, motivate and supervise team members and, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the channel.
  • Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and ensures meeting minutes are prepared.
  • Develops and delivers presentations to key stakeholders summarizing objectives, deliverables, status and metrics.
  • Track performance against targets monthly and identify potential risk to the target

  • Chinese Language Proficiency is a must.
  • Good communication skills & Organization talent, Negotiation skills, Analytical capabilities

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Word & Excell is a must
