- To be coordinator to the Marketing Department for Marketing Activities (Promotions, Advertising & Merchandising.. etc.)
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio major customers (Wholesales, Dealer, Distributors), to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, expending the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing soulutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to wholesales dealer and distributor in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key customers deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Achieving monthly sales targests by identifying and developing new key customers.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up. Achieving and exceeding weekly & monthly KPI, Key accounts analysis.
- Monitoring Market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- To meet the set Wholesales, Dealer and Distributor targets, set goals, compare Performance to goals, and adjust goals as nedded.
- Management and check and overdue credit limit (Wholesales, Dealer and Distribution) sales for Upper Myanamer.
- Maintain existing outlets with Customer Relationship Management, Search for Wholessales, Dealer and Distributor.
