Job Description

•Develop and implement effective process streamline strategies
•Adapt and implement best Modern trade practices on Customer Engagement, Customer Negotiation and Sales Process
•Coordinate with nationwide Modern Trade sales team members to facilitate Effective Customer Engagements
•Establish effective and professional relationships with key stakeholders internal and external related to Modern Trade business
•Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
•Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for Key Customers
•Evaluate and benchmark best practices in Modern Trade and update management Team on new Opportunities, challenges and effective solutions
•Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
•Plan and execute effective new product launches coordinating with all stakeholders
•Establish personal networks across all regions

Job Requirements

•Any Degree or Dip in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
•Prior working experience in Retail/Modern Trade in FMCG/Pharmacy on Sales and Marketing
•Excellence communication skills and good at managing high performance team
•Sales and Marketing exposure with management skills
•Availability to travel as needed
•Leadership skills with effective communication and team management
•Ability to identify changes in the dynamic retail environment and plan and implement effective strategies/tactics
