Job Description

  • Responsible for Strategic planning of modern trade/ key account to optimize trade investments to improve return of investments. 
  • Develop channel strategy for Modern Trade based from overall sales direction for Myanmar market.
  • Establish and maintain good business relationship in all Modern Trade customers.
  • Establish the plans and monthly sales target while managing the cost of doing business in each account based from agreed budget.
  • Take the lead on negotiating and implementing of Modern Trade marketing programs/projects, display agreements, trading terms agreements and pipeline of new SKUs in collaboration with marketing team.
  • Prepares business review to Modern Trade and monthly update on projects with immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales Related. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in tobacco or other FMCG with proven track records of managing key accounts/ modern trade in Myanmar
  • Has good commercial sense, trade & financial planning skills, brand program development, understanding of direct marketing (incl: consumer relationship marketing), trade marketing skills and distribution planning to increase distribution efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of legislation, external relations, marketing standards in tobacco industry
  • Fluent English with Strong Communication skills and Influencing skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
