1. Responsible for Account Management for the assigned business.

2. Responsible for achieving the assigned collection target/ revenue targets and maintain profits of the circle.

3. Responsible for customer relationship, project monitoring and solving issues related to account management.

4. Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.

5. Responsible for collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

6. Responsible for resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication, Economy ,Information Technology or related filed. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationship with key decision makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (excellent Chinese language skill is a plus).
  • Adaptability, strong problem-solving skills and excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • More than two years of experience in direct customer relationship, and experience in customer relationship with large operators is preferred.
