  • Handle all customers’ complaints, ensure timely closure of customer enquiries.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and merchants
  • Daily Phone Call to customers
  • Collect & Analyze Customer feedback
  • Collect & Prepare Customer Data.
  • Prepare Daily invoice for Customers
  • Prepare sale report and send to operation manager weekly.
  • Achieve monthly sales target set by management.
  • Response daily customer enquiry about product and delivery
  • Coordinate with sale personal for sales and marketing activities
  • Update potential merchant and customer list
