Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Strong written and verbal communication in Korean and English languages
• More than 1 year of experience in Project Management
• Ability to support and coordinate multiple projects/requests

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Project stakeholders to review project timelines, forecasts, and schedules
• Participate in conference calls with external Customers and client employees to communicate status and risks to project timelines
• Coordinate and manage the completion of deliverables in accordance with project timelines
• Set up project meetings with external Customers and client parties
• Send agendas, take notes, create and update action registers and Risk Registers using client’s templates
• Gather project/scope specific information from Contract Viewer for executive presentations and reports. They will also coordinate the publication of documents and monthly reports on SharePoint and Clarity.
• Validate the submission of data to client order managers for downstream processing
• Use project management tools along with order management tools to capture Milestones and provide project coordination reporting; i.e. Clarity, EZStatus, Provisioning Controller, Proquest, Excel.
• Creation of orders in client systems using the data captured in the data gathering spreadsheet
• Collect pre-qualification data from customers for order preparation, processing data and communication to customers on required services
