• Make regular report to Project Manager
• Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
• Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features
• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain
• Coordination with a variety of professionals including contractors, architects and government authorities.
• Prepare and coordinate the project weekly meeting and provide weekly plan and schedule
• To run the team in order to ensure that the works are delivered in accordance with the Project objectives.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

• Above 25 years
• At least 5 years of experience in construction.
• Must have degree and relevant Education Background
• Must able to use Auto CAD & MS Office
• Good in Landscaping knowledge skill
