1. Responsibilities for collecting and delivering Guests Laundry and Room Linen.
2. Calculate all laundry and pressing bills without any mistake and posting correctly including room number.
3. Registering all guest items according to laundry voucher correct record and report to concerned related department.
4. Well sorting, washing, ironing, folding and hanging guests’ laundry.
5. Keep accurate inventory of linen and guests laundry report weekly or monthly.
6. Dealing with the guest professionally, if necessary as per producer and standard. 
7. Check all each and single items of guests’ laundry and room linen not only sending time to laundry but also receiving time from laundry properly especially pocket inside and hiding area.
8. Check the quality of the laundering is satisfied, before sending to the laundry check the damages. If any damages cannot be repaired however inform to the guest and manager.
9.  Do double check all items and correct room number and departure date before you deliver.
10. Guest laundry and linen preparing and repairing must be prompt on time.
11. Assign duty for the laundry and linen attendants. Follow up on the daily requirements for the day.
12. Attend morning briefing and follow up on daily requirements and problems. Pass information onto subordinates when required.
13. Check linen and laundry room and ensure they are clean and well maintained.
14. Well control master key for guest laundry purpose and walki-talki for convenience to coordinate each and others employees for official requirements.
15. Ensure all laundry machines and necessary equipments are in order and maintained in the Hotel.
16. Make sure to do monthly inventory for all linen, laundry machines and items in the department.
17. Report any irregularities defects to the housekeeping department and engineering department and follow up later to ensure they are completed.
18. Make sure that all guest laundry, room linen are perfect and completed according to the standard.
19. Proper use and handle necessary detergent or chemical usage and cleanness of machines and equipments.
20. All items should be stored properly to prevent damage and not running out.
21. Report lost and damaged linen items by the guest, staff or any others issue to the HK office daily.
22. All linen must be enough for guest room and others outlets and also well enough for next day.
23. Conduct on the job training for new and old employees.
24. Liaise with the other supervisors to help coordinate and implement.
25. End of the shift provides a complete and accurate handover.
26. Ensure that all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulation are strictly enforced to the attendants.
27. To monitor made linen and uniform cleanliness and correct inventory as standard.

Highly responsible & reliable and also ablity to work cohesively with colleagues.

Education - Diploma or equivalent educationed. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 4 years in laundry department and 2 years of experience in supervising.

The age between 25- 35

Can travel around local if need.
