Job Description

Deal with Audit360 vendors (user access, enhancement, configure, issues, process flow, etc.) ** audit 360 is audit software
Provide guidelines and review of every level Audit360 users' training user guides
To keep up-to-date the Audit360 Configuration as changing requirements of all users
Suggest new features or improvement for the better experience of all level of Audit360 users
Launch the audit solution to corresponding users
To make sure all Audit360 users can use the software with some efficiency level
To ensure the training supporting on-time as required
To advice the updated check list to be align with the Audit360 software
Evaluate and suggest the existing features/usage of Audit360 for effectiveness and efficiency
Monitoring of issues tracking with vendor's support and technical team
Participate in evaluating and suggest in digital process at audit
Conduct Survey for detecting the possible fraud per instruction from manager
Prepare report the analysis of survey outcome effectiveness
To make sure that digital processes are in align with objectives in efficient way
Responsible for analyzing and assessing a company's technological infrastructure to ensure processes and systems run accurately and efficiently
Examine internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk, and develop remediation strategies
Respond to all system and/or network security breaches
Plan, implement, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems, and networks
Perform regular audit testing and provide recommendations
Provide recommendations and guidance on identified security and control risks

Job Requirements

Have interest in audit sector, especially digital audit
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst or in a related field
Proficient in MS Office: especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
Fluency in Myanmar and English
Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability skills
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with database languages - SQL, R, or Python will be an added advantage
Good in programming languages - XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks will be an added advantage
