ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to join the Chance Myanmar team and assist with on-goingtech initiatives, specifically around app development. The candidate will be part of a young and dynamic team as Chance Myanmar grows itsEngineering presence. We expect the person to work alongside Chance Myanmar’s leadership andbusiness development team to develop and maintain its mobile application across Android and iOS.We are looking for someone who is: Hands-on, with extensive experience building mobile applications Proficient with Ionic/React (HTML/JSS/JavaScript a must), demonstrated industry experience aplus Familiar working with AWS Cloud server Able to work independently and within tight deadlines Able to tackle new challenges with a problem-solving mindset Keen to learn about new trends and advanced tech/product practices Leadership experience (e.g. tech lead) in tech environment a strong plus
