Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Understand the FTK Int'l Preschool Curriculum thoroughly and able to create/prepare related classroom materials and lesson plan
- Facilitate the class and develop positive classroom engagement with all the children through FTK methodology
- Plan and carry out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills
- Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring problems to the attention of parents
- Able to understand the observation checklist
- Keep records of the students’ progress, routines, and interests, and keep parents informed about their child’s development
- Plan and assist in Parents-Teachers meeting
- Welcome the parents and the children and develop a positive relationship
- Assist in the open house, registrations, filed trips, assessment day and other work-related events.
- Weekly report to Center Director

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (Associate degree preferred)
- ECCD certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Able to work with the team
- Strong understanding of children behavior, their developmental stages
- Computer literate
