Oversees the training and growth of all employees in an organization and develops the talents of employees to their full potential by focusing on individual and organizational needs in order to reach the organizational goals.

  • Assist at identifying training needs through various methods and at evaluation training programs.
  • Make initiative contacts to training vendors/training service providers and coordination with internal departments for listing trainees, choosing training vendors, venues and identifying administrative requirements.
  • Arrange and support various forms of skills training, onboarding, orientation and training events for employees.
  • Coordinate and assist Internal/External Trainers during training hours with respective stakeholders and perform administrative tasks.
  • Help internal trainers at designing and developing training materials.
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, retraining requirements and paperwork.
  • Purchase and custody of training related physical materials
  • Perform training related data entry into the software and produce training reports.
  • Performs other training related duties as required.
  • Report directly to the direct supervisor (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree 
  • Any Certificate (or) Diploma in HRM
  • Age between 20~30 year
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in human resource field.
  • Pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, high resilience and supportive person
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate smoothly among business units/departments
  • Willing to travel to local regions and also overseas
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
