Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Main Accountability

- Report to Section Head .
- To answer Phone and Person who inquiry about Retail Leasing Spaces in Junction City.
- To meet and show available spaces to prospective Tenants.
- To explain and accept shop application form from customers and send back to Head Office (Leasing Department) .
- To submit to Section Head that Tenant’s request letter and reply back to Tenants .
- To prepare the Leasing Procedure paperwork (Shop Selection, LOI, , Contract, POS, Handover and related paperwork for Management and International Tenants.
- To keep documents based on Leasing Procedure and paperwork as systematically, thoroughly and correctly.
- To check POS and GTO issue .
- To make the appointment with Operation and IT and Tenancy Design Guide Line Team for Tenant’s fitting out issue (Before start Fitting-out works)
- To check and review shop lists of contract expiry and send renewal list to Head Office for renewal the contract by 3 months in advance.
- To prepare detail information of each shop to Centre Supervision, Marketing, IT, Operation and Account and Finance Department for further process.
- To handle tenants complaints.
- To inform back the instructions from Department Head / Division Head to related Department and Tenants.
- To follow up with tenants for documentation related to the works.
- To follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- To report and request approval for related decision from Section Head.
- To do some instructions from Management.

Job Requirements

Education and Professional Qualifications

- Any Degree Holder
- Ability to communicate and understand in English and Burmese
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Words,Excel, Power Point and Internet Email , Tenants Management Software .

Knowledge

- Ability to communicate and understand in English and Burmese
- Ability to communicate with internal staffs , tenants , shoppers and supplier.
- Knowledge of shopping centre business , shopping centre process. Company's business model and main competitors.
- Ability to know Decoration and Branded Knowledge .
- Ability to speak with Tenants and customers .
- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions
- Extrovert personality and good looking preferred.
- Can do shift duty assign

Experience

- At least 1 year experience in leasing
