  • Reversed tenant turnover and increased renewal rates by establishing relationships with residents and providing excellent customer service
  • Developed and conducted oral presentations for brokerage community and prospective tenants regarding portfolio of buildings
  • Reviewed and analyzed eligibility of prospective tenants following company and government regulations
  • Coordinated and facilitated community outreach events for current and prospective tenants.
  • Prepared competitive market surveys, leasing/ demographics tracking, and cost analysis of advertising and marketing expenses
  • Conducted regular market surveys of competition for review of management
  • Complete weekly and monthly market surveys and reports, review and sign all lease documents/ files (new and renewals)
  • Reviewed and analyzed financial reports and market surveys in an effort to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance
  • Utilized internal financial database to input monthly rent payments, late fees and application fees
  • Oversea day-to-day landlord relationships regarding rent payments, sales reporting and maintenance issues.
  • Prepared documents such as rental lease agreements and necessary addendum, and gathered necessary upfront fees
  • Conducted regular inspections of all vacant units and coordinated with the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Coordinated with maintenance department to ensure availability of vacant units
  • Maintained inventory of occupied and vacant units
  • Lease vacant units and upcoming vacancies to ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates
  • Priced all vacant units and renewal leases based on market research and competitive analysis
  • Set and foresee next 3 to 5 years goal and achievements with OKR
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time by Top Management

  • Any graduated
  • Age between 28 to 35 years old
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in property/ real estate business
  • Excellent English 4 Skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and PR skills
  • Able to analyze and prioritize for time management
