Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Review legal related documents e.g. contracts, agreements
• Carry out research and provide interpretation and advise relating to applicable regulatory changes and updates
• Review new business opportunities to ensure that compliance risks are identified and proper controls are established within the business
• Monitor the implementation of regulatory compliance related policies and procedures including AML, ATF, Anti-bribery & Corruption, Record Management, Privacy, etc.
• Monitor effective tracking system for compliance metrics and database
• Organize and conduct any in-house training if necessary
• Perform other duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with major Law
• Must be a holder of lawyer license
• At least 2 years legal/compliance experience in insurance, financial industry or law firm
• PC literate in Ms. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Willing to learn about new industry with strong sense of career development
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multi-cultural environment
• Analytical, attention to details, and creative problem solving abilities
• Ability to confront conflict and difficult issues in a professional, assertive and proactive manner
• Very good command of English language (writing and speaking)
• Display personal qualities of integrity, credibility and strong work ethic
