  • Responsible to have update knowledge of government’s law, rules & regulations and ensure that the company is effectively law with it.
  • Ensure in the internal process with related law, rule and regulation.
  • Respective activities implementation and monitor to related legal activities.
  • Develop and work together in activities planning related to legal aid issue.
  • Ensure that in mediation process with related courts.
  • Coordinate the legal procedure and assist the respondents who need helps in legal aid matters.
  • Build good relationship, maintain and regular content with other legal organizations networks for effective legal aid.
  • Ensure that maintain company content information.
  • Responsible for the any other assign task or job that is assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in legal function in banking and finance industry.
  • Your responsibility to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives.
  • You should be familiar with legal rules and our industry’s standards.
