Job Description

  • Research some topic which is related to creating the documents
  • Assist in making the draft of Terms and Conditions for the new products
  • Update the Terms and Conditions based on given facts
  • Act as a focal point of contact from customer
  • Conduct follow up on customer regarding the repayment
  • Assist in making the draft of Agreement for the new products
  • Assist in updating precedents
  • Assist in reviewing the Agreements before executing the Agreements
  • Compare the Agreements old and new version once the other party gives their feedback
  • Interpret and draft Agreements and letters between Myanmar and English
  • Analyze on Myanmar laws, regulations and procedures while coordinating with the associated departments
  • Maintain the contracts data
  • Prepare Monthly Report to management on the dunning letter project
  • Prepare list of legal cases to be filed for approval to management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • At least 3 years’ experience in professional experiences in contract
  • Have effective teamwork, planning, and organizational skills
