Job Description

Draft, review and check all the documents to ensure the legal compliance of the Company.
Receive the requirements and report the results of implementation of these requirements.
Establish and maintain the good relationship with state management agencies to setup the best conditions for all activities of Company
Work with lawfirm to consult, resolve any big legal issues of the Company.
Consult legal to the relevant dept, resolve all of legal issues of the Company.
Review all of document as follows:
-Process, internal regulations relating to legality.
-Letter, fascimile outside of the Company.
-Contact and payment documents

Coordinate the relations of shareholder, support Board of Directos to held their meeting.
•Prepare all of documents to meeting and compose the minutes and resolutions after meeting.
Update legal and alarm the risks and efforts of new policies and regulations to the relevant department and board of management.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor or Master degree in Laws of Law
-Must have trainings/certificates on related field
-Required skills on analysis, logical reasoning, persuasiveness, writing ability & problem solving.
-Required knowledge of government relationship, laws, tax, land process & owner relationship.
-Must possess excellent communication skills, good command of English and self-motivated and can work under pressure
-Being a solid team player
-Computer skills.
- Entry level is accepted
-Must have experience on document/data controller.
-Must have knowledge on telecom related rules and regulations
