Job Description

To support T24 core banking system critical operational issues.
To perform issue tracking and analysis on incident items/reported issue
To liaise with other Core Banking Units for efficient operational support
Provide guidelines and training to level 1 support and branch users
To pepare necessory document and operational reports
To support daily core banking operational issue and to support tasksassigned by Head of Core Banking Operation Unit
To support in collecting new requirements, SOP & User Guide creation , new batch training
Need to travel occosionally

Job Requirements

B.C Sc, BE (IT) or equivalent IT degree
Should have banking & accounting knowledge
Familiar to any Core banking System and experiences in T24 CBS will be appreciated
Must eager to resolve problems & errors and should have innovative
Thinking for problem solving, new solution product
