Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Supervise and direct Lifeguards to perform their assigned duties to ensure consistent maintenance of highest cleanliness and safety at all times.
  2. Ensure that customers, water, and rides are safe through constant supervision of Lifeguard personal in performing their assigned duties.
  3. Supervise Lifeguard personnel in conducting cleaning of the park’s facilities and attractions. Ensure the slides and pool are maintained in accordance with laid down routines. Develop and conduct special cleaning maintenance routines as necessary.
  4. Report any potential safety hazards to Lifeguard Coordinator.
  5. Plan and schedule work activities to the staff.
  6. Submit all reports of staff program and working schedule to Lifeguard Coordinator.
  7. Monitor usage and recommend reorder of cleaning supplies/equipment, first aid supplies and pool equipment’s (including tubes, lifejackets, etc) as necessary.
  8. Conduct inventory report.

  1. Good planning skill, good communication skill, Continuous improvement, Customer focus, Motivational fit, Decision Making, Adaptability and Building Confidence.
  2. Any graduate and at least 2 years’ experience.
  3. Customer focused and customer service management.
  4. Need high swimming & divinng skill.
  5. Knowing KPI process and Organization strategy map knowledge
