Ensure and monitor timely for hourly/daily output of the assigned room meets the target.
Always monitor the downtime and escalate to Supervisor if more than 15 mins.
Ensure Manpower, Machines and Mixer Assigned to the room are always fixed. No changes are allowed unless permission is given by Production Manager.
Ensure reporting attendance by 8:30am/pm.
Ensure staff from the room always follow the hygiene or food safety standard. Need to keep area of responsibility clean all time.
Organize the room: Machines, Equipment, People and follow 5S & GMP practice all time. Need to take disciplinary action if not follow.
Ensure cleaning is done at changeover daily and weekly.
Ensure all equipment, room and air-condition good all time. Any problem, need to report to Supervisor and maintenance by Form 104.
Need to monitor team member leave application, sign off and take disciplinary action if not follow leave application process.
Ensure following the instructions from reporting supervisors/managers
