Job Description:

  • Provide fast & efficient services to customer.
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone, email and all social media platform.
  • Fulfill and support internal and external customers’ orders.
  • Follow up with customers’ orders status.
  • Provide customer support; attend to their inquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary.
  • Continuously seek alternative solutions and value-add processes to enhance ongoing services to Customers.
  • Respond to emails and comments from Facebook / Messenger / Instagram / Whatsapp.
  • Work closely with marketing team and give support from time to time.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Be a strong advocate for our brand and product, interact and build a community of loyal customers.

Our priority requirement shall be able to speak and write Mandarin as our client are China based company.

岗位职责:

  • 通过实时聊天渠道为客户提供支持和解决方案。
  • 通过提供有关产品和服务的正确信息来终止客户查询,或获得投诉的详细信息。
  • 练习并负责处理客户的财务交易,例如存款,取款,转账,汇票和支票。
  • 职责还可能包括了解柜员系统和政策的来龙去脉;提交存款单和文书工作,在一天结束时管理余额。

Job Requirements

需具备条件:

  • 必须18岁至35岁,至少中学毕业,有中文读写拼音技巧,或相关文凭或同等以上学历。(有相关工作经验者占优势)
  • 良好的中文沟通以及书写能力。
  • 打字速度快,需熟悉中文输入法于文书处理。
  • 熟悉 MICROSOFT OFFICE 等软件,基本电脑操作知识,尤其是 EXCEL。
  • 有责任心,耐心以及良好的团队精神和合作意识。

Skills needed:

  • 中文读写;拼音打字一分钟35个字以上。
  • 候选人必须19-35岁,中学毕业。
  • No work experience required.
