Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Ensure data and information in loan applications is accurate and of acceptable quality, and ensure also authenticity of documentation
  • Process loan applications in compliance with bank policies, meeting investor guidelines and demonstrating lending strategies
  • Meet with potential customers to assess their needs, collect data, verify documents and ensure the completion of applications
  • Evaluate and check loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
  • Improve loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements
  • Conduct home verification visits and reference checks to verify the residency of potential customers
  • Reject loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants
  • Approve loan by issuing checks or forwarding applications to loan committee
  • Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant, obtaining signatures and notarizations and collecting fees
  • Help customers by answering questions and responding to requests
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in finance, economics, accounting or related field
  • At least one-year experience in related field at microfinance/ bank
  • Proficient in English four skills
  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Strong financial analysis skills
