An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Prepare payment vouchers accuracy to GAPP (Cheque &Petty Cash Payment Vouchers)
Responsible for domestic Account Payable.
Ensure that all payments are supported by valid supporting documents (invoices/receipts) and purchase requisitions.
Plan payment in accordance to priorities and agreed payment terms.
Review reconciliation with service providers (at least once a year before annual audit) and ensure all reconciling items are followed up promptly and resolve.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and ensure all reconciling items are followed up and resolved promptly.
Ensure banking are completed as per planned period.
Monthly cash/bank recon.
Other duties as assigned by Finance Manager or Chief Accountant.

Job Requirements

3 years working experienced as Account Payable (Prefer experienced in multinational company)
Must have Strong AP knowledge
A keen eye for detail
An ability to work independently and good at time management
The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with clients
Good commend in Excel
