Job Description

Reporting to respective Manager, the role holder is responsible to handle and manage complete order fulfilment journey for our day to day operational activities with effective, timely manner and very strong customer satisfaction mind-set. As the Operation Specialist, you will engage between customers, external stakeholders and cross-functional team to resolve operational issues, analyse the business requirements in area, find initiatives to develop the loyal customer base and contribute in operation excellence improvement projects. This role will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders in dynamic and agile environments

  • Daily communication with logistics partners for tracking and resolve order processing issue efficiently and timely manner

  • Monitor daily order processing performance of Sellers.

  • Track and monitor key performance indicators to optimize performance of the customer experience.

  • Engaging with Sellers, logistics partners to meet order processing timeline

  • Weekly, daily operation performance tracking and analysis to make continuous improvement

  • Highly developed negotiation skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present initiatives and issues to leadership teams. 

  • Strong presence with ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Contribute in new improvement projects and accountable to drive the necessary process against with team goals.

  • Passionate, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment with result oriented mind-set.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 2+ years related experience required

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships

  • High working flexibility to drive the team goals 

  • Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills to customer engagement

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination 

  • Deep understanding of ecommerce customer needs, Seller success activities

  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly

  • Fluent English language
