*Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and delivery from port to office yard, yard to port.
* Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation, warehousing reciving and sharing information to relevant department
*Input machinery data (such as serial no., model no., etc.) and order , incoming stock to system
* Resolve any arising problems or complaints
*To ensure all controls, policies and procedures (Import duty, Tax, Supplier evaluation, contract, Handling of Payments, Domestic and International Logistics etc) are followed
*Apply for all relevant licenses, permits, or approvals from government authorities (DICA, MIC,RTA etc.)
*Responsible to effectively communicate with regulators and authorities
*Liaise with oversea suppliers and Check and ensure the shipping documents such as invoice, packing lists
*To check and follow up shipping schedule for import and export
