Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Responsible for all Safety, Security, Health, and Environment Programs for the logistics work teams and third-party contractors.
• Responsible for review and approval of Purchase and Service Requests per the Delegation of Authority Guidelines (DOAG).
• Responsible for compliance with the Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS)
• Responsible for Logistics Department Cost Attestations with HOE

o Overall management and coordination of logistical support activities in Branch including aviation, supply base, LPG facilities management, ground transportation, personnel travel, visas and accommodations, fuel supply and waste management.
o Ensuring that the Logistics organization complies with all Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) and LPG Government safety, health and environment requirements.
o Coordinating Logistics Steering Teams to review the performance of logistics services and provide guidance on improvement opportunities.
o Leveraging corporate expertise or specialists to accomplish logistics objectives and work plans.
o Monitoring the Logistics Budget providing outlook and future yearly projection.
o Developing short and long-term Logistics plans and sharing opportunities to meet user needs.
o Daily interface with HOD

Job Requirements

• Any Degree or Technical Degree or Training
• 5 years plus experience in Logistics Management and Operations
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Project, Visio
• ERP System
• Excellent communications, good (oral & written) in English
• Highest standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others
• Ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment
• Previously worked in a key leadership position
• Demonstrated experience in liaising with third party contractors, business partners and local communities
• Advanced knowledge of safety management tools and processes (Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment)
• Heavy Machine Bowser, Oil & Gas and Equipment Management Experience
• Business Controls Capabilities and Experience
