Job Description

To Ensure all Logistics related data Entry, update in the JDE system

  • Data entry of goods receipt note (GRN) , Good Issues note into JDE System
  • Perform administrative duties (including documents preparation for nationwide distribution/collection/filling).
  • Update and compile logistics-related weekly, monthly reports.
  • Stock count Weekly, Monthly , Yearly
  • Maintain and update stock inventory records and location of goods.
  • Assist to answer incoming calls and message taking.
  • Other related logistics duties as assigned.

UpdateLogistics data in JDE system

  • Implement the concerning software.
  • Maintain the implemented.
  • Developing the upgrade or the improvement software
  • Encourage to educate staffs for operate the related function

To ensure a safe working environment where all legal requirements are met in socially responsible manner

  • Ensure compliance with acts and procedures.
  • Use PPE.
  • Report BBS, Near miss, incidents.
  • Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Participate in team risk management processes.

To ensure compliance of Operational Standards / System of Company (ISO/ HACCP/ Food Safety/ Laboratory Star System/ etc.).

  • Follow rules, requirements and procedure of operating systems.
  • Participate in System/Standard upgrading and new Standard/ System implementation

Work under company's quality policy

  • Understand and implement as requirement of ISO 9001 : 2000 & ISO 14001

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or diploma in Logistics 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field
  • Experience in administrative duties and data entry
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
  • Able to work under fast pace environment and perform
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Myanmar Language is a must
