  • Reviewing purchase orders and transport documents to ensure accuracy, reporting to supervisor 
  • Tracking and fixing transportation errors
  • Ensuring the saft and timely pick-up and transport, Must to know the loading time, labour arrange, and transport truck in/ out at loading point
  • Manage logistics and transportation modes to support
  • Organizing at supplier inventory, storage, and transportation
  • Monitoring transport, cots, timelines, and productivity
  • Addressing and resolving transport and inventory issues
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, procurement team and receiving from supplier
  • Ensuring the preparing and keeping of the necessary documentation
  • Check and report the regional situation, supplier inventory situation and other transport issue to Logistics Manager
  • Daily, weekly, monthly report to Logistics Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehouse or similar role
  • Proficiency in microsoft office
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills
  • Able to travel if required by the business
