Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

The role is responsible for tactical day to day operations for fulfillment to drive resolution on open deliveries, and reconciling between our systems. The role holder will monitor open orders daily and work with our internal teams, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers to quickly resolve delivery exceptions and have orders delivered on time and fix orders that are outside our service level. They will coordinate on a daily basis between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Internal Logistics, 3PL Provider, Shipping Carriers, and IT Teams to support operational needs.

  • Coordinating with 3PL on daily operations, managing KPI Expectations, and maintain a close relationship
  • Defining a complete invoice tracking management process for our 3PLs
  • Defining key metrics to measure 3PLs performance
  • Implementing 3PL transportation dashboards (e.g. lead time, cost, Estimated Time of Delivery and On Time Deliveries)
  • Conducting order audits for delivery and resolve any open delivery exceptions
  • Working with internal and external parcel carriers to optimize speed and cost for domestic customers
  • Working with Risk Operations teams on improving delivery, optimizing signature required requirements
  • Working with internal finance to build processes for cash collection deposit and digital payment processing
  • Providing direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for process
  • Projecting a professional company image through phone, chat, and email interactions.
  • Generating and monitoring performance reports to achieve higher customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring, supervising, and executing order management and fulfillment system
  • Monitoring scheduling platforms to ensure that orders are being scheduled and delivered as quickly as possible to reduce the order turn time
  • Auditing and providing clear instruction and feedback to third party delivery partners regarding objective and subjective KPI
  • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company and/or your supervisor or manager

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree (Possess a diploma in Supply Chain Management preferred)
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain environment 
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Detail oriented, organized, efficient with good time managing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible to resolve the changing priorities throughout the day
  • Team oriented with the ability to work well with others and multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to work flexible hours (shift / weekends)
