- Budget Cost calculating for local cost

- Ensure efficient planning for Logistics process of Application for permit of Import & Export, Cargo Clearance without delay, checking shipping  documents.

- Make sure for no damage of cargo

- Applying Import License & other required permission for upcoming shipment

- Checking the draft shipping documents and amend as necessary if required

- Applying for Duty exemption if the cargo can get the Certificate of origin from ATIGA

- Processing for cargo clearance (By Sea/Air/Border) by chasing the cargo arrival date with shipping line and prepare the documents to clear the cargo without delay

- Arrange the delivery of cargo

- Inquire and estimate the Local cost

- Calculate the budget costing for Local cost of the shipment

- Estimating the Duty & Taxes for upcoming shipment or other plan/issues.

- Chasing for the update issue of Rule & Policy Announcement by respective Government Dept.

- Keep on proper storage and maintain the record of Custom Declaration form and other shipping documents

- Select, train, and motivate the work force to sustain Logistics function

- Ensure HSE policy and procedure is in place to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Recognized Diploma for Logistics Procedure/ Custom Clearance Agent/Supply Chain

- Minimum 3 years working experience with relevant Logistics field.

- Proficient in MS word, excel, power point.

- Fairly in English, Email, Internet.

- Human relations skills

- Good communication skill

- Leadership Skills (able to lead, coach and manage subordinate)

- Problem Solving & Decision Making

- Strategic Thinking (able to develop short and long strategies for BU)
