MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the business units of Health Care, Material Handling, Technology, Ingredients and JJ-PUN  Tiostone Factory for all logistics functions.
• Prepare requisitions to apply import license
• Liaise with suppliers for PO upon requested delivery schedules and shipment date. 
• Arrange shipping documents (documentation process)
• Liaise with Warehouse matter for the clearance cargos, loading and unloading process.
• Pre-Survey and Handle on Operation of Heavy Machinery 
• Need to calculate budgeted importation cost and follow up actual importation process.
• Check cargos damage or any discrepancies against with cargo picking list before handover to customers/ warehouse. 
• Prepare report for order operation process to manager and update the information of internal and external sources. (Eg. Update Government Info)
• Prepare report for the assessment of performance upon service to manager 
• Prepare the importation cost for responsible business units to Finance.
• Liaise with the Finance to settle payment for the importation expenses.
• Report to manager for the Import volume and its operation cost 
   

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree and/or Dip in Logistics 
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 
• Must be extremely professional in handling day to day operation
• Bilingual: English & Myanmar 4 skills, Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and excel spread sheets
• Able to work independently involving interaction with people at all levels as well as participate as a team member.
