Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Must be handle Import License, Customer Clearance, Freight Forwarder, Shipping Line, Border Trade, Local Domestic.
  • Liaise with suppliers for PO upon requested delivery schedules and shipment date.
  • Liaison with external shipping companies and freight forwarders.
  • Managing the company’s shipping operations, including scheduling appointments with shipping companies and filing customs paperwork.
  • Managing inventory by monitoring the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse to ensure that they are properly stored and accounted.
  • To work on strengthening import & Logistics processes.
  • Meeting regularly with suppliers or customers to establish new business relationships or maintain existing ones.
  • Provide estimate point to point logistics cost from suppliers to customers for procurement department.
  • Oversee the entire process of a shipment, from acquisition to delivery.
  • Prepare logistics budget request for finance department.
  • Reporting to Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Logistics preferably.
  • Minimum 5 years of logistics experience and 2 years of management experience.
  • Must be extremely professional in handling day to day operation.
  • English 4 skills, Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and excel spread sheets.
  • Good knowledge of Technical and Soft Skills.
