A Great Opportunity for ...

• To manage logistics process, from License Preparation to Customs Clearance and logistics arrangements
• Liaise with different departmental staffs and logistics service providers to well organize the tasks.
• To organize required documents for License application and follow up.
• To organize with vendors and logistics service providers for good preparation of customs clearance in advance for imported cargoes.
• To make logistics arrangement with cross teams and provide the procurement.
• Logistics invoice verifications and reconciliation.
• Any other supply chain assignments.

Job Requirements

• Any diploma holder in Logistics field
• Familiar with other Microsoft tools particularly office
• Very good in import License process / follow up
• Very good knowledge of Shipping document preparation.
• Very good at customs clearance at seaport and airport.
• Proficient in Microsoft software's (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate in English and ability work with cross team
