MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates with business units for Sales and Operations Planning
  • Collaborates with regional supply chain and logistics teams in order to develop solutions with 3PL providers to support business expansion
  • Leads and develops the supply chain team to ensure the strategy execution within Myanmar
  • Proven experience in service, cost, and contract negotiations with 3PLs providers and other suppliers.
  • Communicates and works with all levels of the organization. 
  • Manages a large multi-function program or a set of projects. Interacts with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • Inventory management, forecasting, working capital planning, KPI settings.
  • Achieves maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value
  • Ensures a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers
  • Introduces a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Must have Bechelor Degree and prefer Diploma holders in related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in logistics & supply chain including 5 years experience in managerial role in multinational organizations
  • Proficient in MS Office and English Language
  • Possess leadership quality and able to lead and motivate the whole team
  • Knowledge of ISO and SAP is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
