    • Internal
      • Report to Logistics Manager
      • Prepare all the debit for registration tax and logistics cost
      • Works on cooperate with sales admin , sales teams , admin department and YGN logistics
    • External
      • Communicate with customers for special register number
      • Contact with customers for tax clearance letter
      • Communicate with RTAD department (Government)

 

 

 

  • Functional Responsibilities
  •  
  • Send by mail the documents to apply sales permit to YGN logistics department in time according to sales department request order for CBU units.
  • Prepare related documentation for registration process and to take the register number from RTAD.
  • Responsibility for vehicles registration & vehicles inspect at RTAD (MDY ) for Ford CBU & SKD.                                                                                                                      
  • Request approval for registration expenses to logistics Manager for CBU only.
  • Responsibility for registration payment process and owner book.
  • Owner book hand over to sales admin for all registered units
  • communication with sales team, sales admin & Account and RTAD (Government)
  • Provide consistent reports to Logistics Manager (registered vehicle /Monthly)

  • College Graduate
  • Driving Certificate from RTAD
