Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Manage marketing communiction (ATL, BTL)
<Team member function>

>ATL planning (TVC, Radio, FB, OOH, web page)
>BTL planning (SMS, POSM such flyer, poster, X-stand,)
>Manage promotion campaign (MPT Club / CLP).
>Monitoring customer trend and customer behavior to come up next marketing action
>Monitoring competitors initiatives to come up next marketing action.

<Team leader function (over SDM position)>
> Get media planning agreement with TeamManager each ATL, BTL
> Check text message & creative design&layout in SMS, SNS (FB, Insta, Viber), web page, Ad banner which each PIC created.

2. Support marketing proposal to partnership team PIC
> Propose media communication plan, promotion plan

Job Requirements

<Nice to have>
> Budget management (Profit and loss)
> Data analysis or data report to management

<Must Have>
>Marketing communication planning, implementation, monitoring
>Negotiation to internal department and outsider (Clienet company, vendor)
>Presentation to management with PPT, Excel
>Project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
>Strong Interpersonal skills and organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
>Logical thinking to communicate with supervisor

<Must have>
>Solid knowledge of office procedures and attention to details
>Integrity for work stance with individually and supportive to team
>Eager to try and learn new challenge, eager to learn anything from people.

<Nice to have>
> Have set up their own business
> Have devloped new service from zero scratch.
> Have worked marketing planner in customer retention department related to loyalty program.

<Must have>
> Have worked as a marketing planner
> Have worked as a business planner
