· Tender analysis and calculate bill of quantity.· Estimating and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).· Communicate and negotiate with the Sub-contractors about the detail measurement, working procedures, design, payment and contract.· Submit the detail of proposal price to the department head(Head of QS) and committee.- Responsible for site survey and audit.· Report the details of the work process to department head.- Managing Cost control & cost benefit analysis.- Negotiating the cost of projects.- Setting up Progress claims and Variation works formats.- Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.- Variation work monitoring and cost & quote proposal.- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements
· B.TECH (or) B.E (EP)/ B.E (Mechnical)· Must have over 3 years working experience in Construction field.· Have good software skills(AutoCAD 2D,3D, Sketch Up)· Have good computer skills (MS Word/ Excel/ Email/ Internet).· Highly motivated to team and commitment to work and ability to work under pressure.
