  1. Business Development; develop strategies/direction to grow up business, establish sales channels, analyzing potential partners, define product, price and promotion strategies
  2. Plan and Conduct Marketing activities; product presentation, product demonstration, exhibition, routine customer visit, developing catalogues & product sales sheet & marketing tools
  3. Accountable for company annual sales budget of his products, including direct sales and indirect sales
  4. Lead on large project tender; review tender specification and commercial term, provide strategic sales direction to team, ensure the quality of quotes with right solution and cost effectiveness
  5. Communicate market situation and opportunities to Golden Hexagon Engineering and provide direction to the Golden Hexagon to develop the competitive products and meet market requirement

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Strong M&E project sale experiences background
  • 2+ years working experience of sales & marketing, prefer in M&E services
  • Strong in Technical knowledge/expertise, fast learner and adaptabilities
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, leadership and follow up
  • Fully understanding of business development, marketing and selling
  • Fully understanding on company product portfolios and core products values
  • Fully understanding of analyzing market/industry/competitor situations
  • Expert in communication and leading skills
