• Initiates and develops PM Master Plan and details implementation plan of Repair & Maintenance system of machines /equipment and working place to be in good working condition, spending & cost efficiency within the control budget.

• Works with EOHS team to promote and maintain safety environment in CPMM plant

• Coordinates & manages the planned maintenance program of the operation with other depts., as a part of business unit and keeps the Operation & Technical Manager informed on the accomplishments and difficulties, significant cost information, and other facts where necessary makes recommendation for changes and improvement of the plant operation

• Maintains the buildings, equipment and facilities in accordance with company standards.

• Improves and upgrades machines /equipment and working place to achieve higher operational efficiency

• Monitors and controls the purchasing, storage and utilization of mechanical supplies

• Responsible for and monitors the work of maintenance personnel, assigns job priorities among the team; ensures that the periodical repair and maintenance programs are carried out within the schedule.

• Coordinates with plant service & utility section regarding engineering project control.

• Coordinates with production planner and other related persons regarding the production planning to generate plant production plans.

• Participates in the FTG project.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Recommends approval of expenditures within the provisions of existing procedures

• Coordinate with operations/production to designate the time to perform Equipment Maintenance Plan tasks.

• Support maintenance manager to foster the High Commitment Working System (HCWS), strengthen the Repair & Maintenance system, and ensure that operation can meet the company's business requirement.

• Responsible for the department safety, quality and operation KPIs such as AU, NC, Losses,…etc.

• Supervise subordinate - non S&C operation staff

• Implementation of FP&R standards, and Compliance with EOH&S / Quality standards, guidelines and procedures

EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 Years of experience as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing industry
