Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Inspect conditions of machines and equipment used in factory production line and warehouse  as per Maintenance Program instructed by Factory Manager & QHSE Director to ensure mechanical safety
  2. Observe condition of machinery parts of main mixed blended plant and conduct servicing when necessary
  3. Instruct and train the maintenance workers to be able to improve their performance in mechanical service, electrical services, plumbing and drainage.
  4. Provide timely repair and maintenance service  for the first priority  to achieve daily production capacity
  5. If there is no priority for repair, conduct maintenance servicing for the main plan, generator and auxiliary machine
  6. Prepare daily maintenance report and submit report to Asst. Factory Manager and Factory manager
  7. Make list of spare-parts, tools to be used for maintenance and repair services and store systematically after use to prevent loss
  8. Monitor and inspect the mechanical and electrical devices to prevent accidents on daily basis according to inspection checklist
  9. Take necessary disciplinary action for maintenance worker who carelessly perform his duties
  10.  Prepare daily report of findings with recommendations for corrective action

  1. A.G.T.I, B- Tech, BE (Mechanical /Electrical) or any related Degree.
  2. Under (30) years of Age.
  3. Must have minimum experience 2~3 years in related field.
  4. Knowledge of PLC Machine will be advantage.
