-Under supervision of Shift Leader, carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment and machineries of the plants.- Carry out fabrication/welding works at the workshop.- Welders, cutter, and welder fitters use flame-cutting and hand-welding equipment and technique to join metal components, weld, fill holes or indentations or fill seams or fabrication on metal project.- To enjoy technical work, to be physically fit, good hand-eye co-ordination, to be able to work independently or as part of a team.- Practical ability .- Fitter is an assembling structural framework vocational trades.- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and kind of maintenance is needed- Must be able to work at Thilawa site and travel to any other site as and when required- Always comply with Wilmar Safety Standards and minimum PEE requirement.

Job Requirements
- Burmese native speaker, fair in English and basic Chinese is an advantage.- High school/ Certificate in mechanical/ certificate in THS/ Certificate in fitter (possession of fitter certificate is an advantage)- Minimum 3 years experience in fitting job and workshop fabrication works- Good hands-on skill of fabrication, welding and machineries installation works
-Possession of fitter certificate is an advantage.
- Must be abl to work at Thilawa.
