Safety & Quality

  • Collect safety & legal related maintenance tasks and translate into maintenance plans for execution.
  • Manage Safety diagnostics based in safety reports and inspections.
  • Collects quality related maintenance tasks and translate into maintenance plans for execution, including calibration activities.

Work Processes

  • Monitoring and management for Work Orders
  • Monitor assets performance (OPI or line availability). Responsible for plant availability (uptime).
  • Lead for AM support together with the production team. Contributes to AM support policy and Implements.
  • Defines critical Spareparts and availability for breakdown and planned Maintenance
  • Lead Effectiveness breakdown support teams (MTTR).
  • Lead maintenance RCFA process.
  • Collects and manages asset drawings and documents,
  • Supports sourcing strategy; i.e. sets up basic maintenance supplier agreements and/or SLA's.
  • Organizes weekly/monthly/annual maintenance routines ( PM days, PM tasks, Overhauls).

Organization & People Management

  • Supports engineering manager (EM) and reports to the EM to define and drive the Maintenance Strategy.
  • Responsible for maintenance team capability development according to Heineken Maintenance Functional competency in such a way with discipline, leadership and coaching.
  • Organize assessment and training plan to close the gaps of maintenance team
  • Responsible for performance and technical development (incl. performance reviews) of maintenance team.
  • Accountable for all interfaces between the maintenance department and other departments within the brewery.
  • Mentors and trains technicians in restoring the basic conditions.
  • Mentors and trains technicians in executing breakdown analysis.

Continuous Improvement

  •  Performs loss & cost maintenance deployments to shop floor level and establishes PDCA-process by utilizing TPM tools.
  • Assesses current equipment condition and develops restoration plan to eliminate sporadic loss.
  • Supports the improvement of basic standards for safety, process, and quality and ensures compliance.
  • Implements systematic breakdown analysis and reduction system (BDA).
  • Monitors impact of PM activities (MTBF, MTBS, MTBA) and supports countermeasures to improve preventive maintenance (PM) and autonomous maintenance (AM) roll-out.
  • Monitor and improve Heineken Asset Care System (HACS).
  • Accountable for PM pillar implementation according to road map
  • Accountable for APM activities and teams.

Information & Data Management

  • Reports on maintenance KPI's;
  • Report on TPM activities status

Specific Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance engineering processes; i.e. have basic knowledge of cost driver and performance killer analysis, ABC criticality ranking, preventive maintenance, critical spare parts selection, item segmentation & inventory management, asset performance management.
  • Excellent technical maintenance analysis- and reporting skills.
  • People management and leadership.
  • Facilitating skills / ability to organize and facilitate workshops for multidisciplinary teams.
  • TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.

Job Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/Mechatronic)
  • 5+ years relevant experience in maintenance
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
  • Previous managerial experience highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Can effectively and efficiently handle both administrative and mechanical/electrical responsibilities
  • Makes safety a priority at all times
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a solid understanding of data analysis software
  • Burmese/Myanmar Language and English is essential
