• Lead the maintenance team and resources to meet specified operations goals.
• Formulate improvement programs and implement monitoring and controls for the maintenance functions.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Establish maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of factory equipment.
• Analyse causes of downtime, implement improvements focused on the elimination of repetitive failures and report regularly with the management.
• Meet regularly with relevant departments to discuss issues, solutions and plans.
• Collaborate with other leaders/managers to share best practices towards operational excellence.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
• Inspect the machines on a weekly basis to ensure it is functioning properly and safely; work with the maintenance staff to ensure any equipment issues are immediately attended to and effectively solved.
• Participate in the hiring decision-making process, train new recruits and ensure existing staff have the required understanding of safety protocols & maintenance skill. 
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related field & 2 years’ experience in managerial or leadership position.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or related field).
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Age between (30-45 years old).

Able to work under pressure
