-Lead the handing of customer service incident with the service of the mileage of the subscriber line (last mile) and customer terminal to ensure KPI.- ensure goods for troubleshooting.- Coordinate with CC, NOC, and field operation team for FBB service customers not related to subscriber line to ensure KPI.-Monitoring, analyzing, alerting, and quality of ODN from ODN to customer identifying the shortcomings that affect the quality of the service- Providing corrective and preventive measures, maintain and improve the quality of service (according to KPI criteria).- Periodically check and evaluate, assist the Branches in optimizing the quality of ODN network, and inspecting the implementation of its quality research plans.- Proposing and applying information technology in management, evaluation and optimization of network quality.- Develop procedures, regulation, guideline related to the deployment and handling of problem of FBB services.- Proposing and participating in training programs

Job Requirements
- 2 or 3 year experienced in related field- Bachelor in Engineering or relevant diploma or certificates (Networking, CCNA and etc.)- Deep knowledge of fiber (FTTX)Operation, Maintenance and configuration- Strong documentation skills- Fluency in English is a must
