Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist all tasks of management especially paper work.
  • If needed, work between management, technicians, admin, store, account and HR on behalf of Head of Ops. Such as team PPE, accident, equipment, van, pay slip, cash claim.
  • Liaise with Head of Ops for any feedback from team or from WhatsApp groups
  • Assist to pass the information, documents or HR matters to teams included regional branch.
  • Assist to translate all important information for technicians between management and technicians.
  • Assist the management for Interview, internal meeting and Ops meeting minutes.
  • Follow up for all vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance and for reporting any problems to management.
  • Settle and update everything when management is away from Head Office.
  • Liaise closely with logistics team for suitable time and arrange Ops Meeting. (Twice a month for TL and supervisors, Once a month for technicians)
  • Give client feedback to CRM team, especially for complaints, problems with carrying out treatments and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure the ISO Maintenance Procedure is understood and follow.

Job Requirements

  • Language - fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English.
  • 1 years' work experience mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel proficiency is mandatory.
  • Handling pressure and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent mental arithmetic
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn
  • Ability to touch type.
