Participating in a structured training program to learn about different aspects of the bank, such as operations, lending, investments, marketing, and customer service.
Shadowing and assisting various departments and teams within the bank to gain hands-on experience and knowledge of the organization's structure and functions.
Conducting research and analysis to identify improvement areas and make management recommendations.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with excellent service.
Learning about regulatory compliance and ensuring that the bank follows all applicable laws and regulations.
Participating in team meetings, projects, and initiatives to contribute to the bank's overall success and growth.

Job Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Banking and Finance or a relevant field or professional qualification (MBA is preferable),
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Age between 18 – 30 Years old
